OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME :
The WHO Country Office for India, located in New Delhi, is looking for short-term clerical/secretarial candidates for assignments that may arise in the future. Applicants must be highly motivated individuals who can perform in multicultural settings.
Description of duties:
The candidates would be required to perform clerical or secretarial duties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Essential: Completion of secondary school education or equivalent.

Desirable: University degree complemented by secretarial training.
Skills:
Competencies:
1. Communicating in a credible and effective way
2. Knowing and managing yourself
3. Producing results
4. Fostering integration and teamwork

Other Skills:
Ability to draft independently and prepare briefs.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications especially PowerPoint.
Experience:
Essential: Three to five years' clerical or secretarial experience in a government department/public sector undertaking, a reputed organization or in a multinational company.

Desirable: Attached to Senior Executives as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Additional Information:
- Short-listed applicants will be invited to appear for an English Language Proficiency test. Thereafter, the qualified candidates will be called for computer skills test.
- Candidates must be based in New Delhi/NCR, or must be willing to relocate to Delhi.

Monthly salary: (Net of tax)
Ranges from INR 44,000 to 56, 800 at single rate
