OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME :
The Award, Revenue and Reporting unit is responsible for the timely and accurate recording of all revenue for the Organization and the reporting to donors. Workload is variable and may increase during month end closure and at peak reporting deadlines. The incumbent will assist the team with award cleanup for forthcoming audit and year end closure.
Description of duties:
1) Manage FCFS mailbox, logging and reviewing requests.a. Basic follow up where form is
incomplete or incorrect. b. On receipt of request, update award status to "on hold".c. Print request and any supporting documentation.d. Print award view and check balance.
2) Make copies of signed reports and file as required.
3) Where balance reported is nil: a) Update log to show draft report received; b) Update columns for nil balance and ensure status is "closed" (log and award); c) Complete short version of checklist for zero balances; d) Give file for supervisor review and clearance.
4) On weekly basis: a) Review and update log to ensure status of report, review, award etc
is current; b) Follow up on awards reported with balances to ensure refunded/reprogrammed as
necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Essential:
Completion of secondary, technical or commercial school.
Desirable:
Finance or accounting certificate a plus.
Skills:
Incumbent needs to have a good ability to work with figures, excellent communication skills, be
detail-oriented, autonomous,a team player and fully proficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of
ERP systems also desirable.

3. Knowing and managing yourself
Experience:
Essential:
Minimum four years experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Desirable:
Preferable to have experience working with ERP systems or similar accounting software. Helpful to
have similar experience working in large multicultural organization.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English or French with a working knowledge of the other.

Annual salary: (Net of tax)
CHF68611 net pa at single rate
